The
present staff structure is efficient enough to address its
changing dynamism to cope with multidimensional
activities. However, it is worth noting that in the
beginning Badlao Foundation had two workers with the
budget provision of Rs. 10,000/- annually. Now it has 288
persons on its rolls with a monthly expenditure of Rs.
2,97,400.00 on salary and allowance. Besides, Badlao is
incurring ten percent of total annual expenditure on
administration.
