The organization has a well-devised structure for smooth administration & implementation of programmes comprising of experienced and qualified professionals, academicians, social workers and committed grassroots level youngsters/volunteers.

The Board of Trust of the organization consists of 9 members headed by President and Secretary, supported by Board of Advisors duly assigned with well-defined responsibility. The administration and staff strength of the organization makes it a point to update its activities on a regular basis. It has Management staff, a strong team of Technical and Professional personnel, as well as Field Workers.
