• Continuous struggle against the Govt. policy of promoting eucalyptus and acacia now bears better result. Jharkhand State Govt. has adopted Badlao Foundation’s theme of promoting fruit, timber and fuel trees.

• Paharia tribals have requested Badlao Foundation type mud houses to be sanctioned under Indira Aawaas Yojna against cement houses, which they cannot maintain.

• Paharia tribals have favored Badlao Foundation’s model of drinking water scheme against Govt. promoted wells for hill top villages. Spring water has been tapped for water storage in tanks to provide water for the people as well as animals. At lower levels, the water is also used for bathing and washing animals.

• Badlao Foundation has a library of 2500 books and periodicals.

• There is well-developed computerized system having four computers and printer. There is a full-fledged documentation centre to serve as data bank for planning and research etc.
